What Information We Collect
Our booking and enquiry forms (on the Contact and Private Events pages) open a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed to bookings@theoverstonearmspytchley.co.uk. This website does not itself store, process or transmit the information you type into those forms — it is sent only when you choose to send the resulting email, using your own email account. Any information you send us this way (such as your name, contact details, and booking preferences) is handled by us in the same way as any other email enquiry, and is used only to respond to your booking or question.
We do not use this website to run analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.
Embedded Content
Pages on this site (including Home and Contact) embed a Google Maps location so you can find us. Google Maps may set its own cookies or collect data when this embed loads, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.
